If you are a newbie in your main page. Could you show me how to get into the "公告館". Where is it ? I could not see any "click" or button for the "公告"館. You did not specific "must read" in your registrate confirm mail either. Be honest, there seems quite a mess in the system.
Of course you are familiar and find it very easy to get in because you create this site. What about when you are a newbie to other site or complete different enviroment/ rules ?
