【內容介紹】：

江戶時代末期（本作故事設定的20年前），被稱為「天人」（????）的謎之異星人來襲。於是地球人與天人之間的戰爭瞬即爆發，為數眾多的武士和攘夷派志士都參與與天人的戰鬥。

幕府見識到天人強大的實力後，最終向天人低頭，放棄武士不管，擅自與天人簽訂不平等條約，准許他們入國。

其後更頒布了「廢刀令」，奪走了武士的刀，使他們無力反抗。

由於失去了『刀』，武士們已經忘記怎樣去貫徹自己的信念。

自此，天人橫行霸道，幕府為天人所影響，甚至被控制，成為了「傀儡政權」。

在這樣的時代，前武士?田銀時跟志村新八還有神樂三人的相聲，過著經營『萬事屋阿銀』、異想天開的生活的故事。
